Request account deletion

You can ask us to delete your Serenity Clean account and the personal data linked to it. This works for both the Cleaning Rockstar app and the Serenity Clean client app.

How to ask

Email privacy@serenityclean.com from the email on your account, or text your local Serenity Clean number, with the subject "Delete my account". Include your name and phone number so we can find the right account.

What happens next

• We confirm the request within 2 business days and complete it within 30 days.
• Your sign-in and the personal data in your profile are deleted.
• Records the law requires us to keep, such as payroll, tax and payment records, are kept for the required period and then deleted.
• Saved cards are held by our payment processor, Stripe, and are removed from your customer record.
